Hey-

As we move into autumn, respiratory activity in the U.S. is beginning to shift.

As of early September, national surveillance shows COVID-19 activity increasing, while rhinovirus and enterovirus activity are also rising across the country.

And when your immune system encounters a challenge, it has to activate, communicate, release signaling molecules, and coordinate the appropriate response.

That work depends partly on the nutrients your immune cells have available.

Zinc is one of the clearest examples.

A 2016 review archived in The Journal of Biochemistry and Biophysics found:

“Rapid as well as delayed changes in readily exchangeable Zn, also known as free Zn and the Zn proteome are crucial in determining activation of immune cells, cytokine responses, signaling and nutritional immunity.”

This suggests that zinc availability influences how immune cells switch on, communicate, and organize a response.

That matters because the efficiency of that response can shape how well your body handles periods of higher immune demand.

When support is inconsistent, you may notice it as feeling more run-down or taking longer to feel like yourself again.

That is why Dr. Zelenko developed Z-Stack® with a targeted combination:

Zinc supports normal immune-cell activity and signaling.
Quercetin functions as a zinc ionophore, helping transport zinc into cells.
Vitamin C supports antioxidant defense and healthy immune function.
Vitamin D3 supports healthy immune regulation.

Immune readiness isn't only about what your body encounters. It is also about what your immune cells have available when they are called to respond.
