Hi there,

The August & September Release Notes are out, and even if you're not actively running campaigns right now, these are worth knowing about.

Here are the three I'd look at first 👇

Send SMS right next to your emails

Drip now supports SMS. Send text messages alongside your emails and compare both channels side by side, all in one place.

It's built for the messages that can't wait, like time-sensitive offers, cart reminders, and back-in-stock alerts. It also runs on the same purchase history and segments as your email campaigns, so you're not starting from scratch.

SMS is available for US-based customers for now.

Run campaigns from your AI assistant

With the Drip MCP, you can ask your AI assistant to create a single email campaign, pick the audience, schedule the send, and report back on results.

You stay in control, too. Choose whether each connected AI tool can read your data, take actions, or both.

See exactly who's behind your metrics

Click any campaign metric to see the specific subscribers behind it. From there, turn them into a segment or export the list in a couple of clicks.
