In 1789, Benjamin Franklin famously wrote, “in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.” Maybe our Founding Father should have added another certainty to his list – the seasonal flu.

Every year, like clockwork, the seasonal flu wreaks havoc on the United States. Adding insult to injury, the intensity of the flu has increased over the last few years and the efficacy of the so-called “flu vaccine” has decreased year over year.

If you were looking for good news when it comes to the flu this year, you might want to stop reading. Not only is the flu on its way, its getting an earlier than usual start – which isn’t a great omen:

Fall has only just begun, but it's already time to start thinking about the quintessential winter bug: the flu.

The annual flu season usually starts in October or November. But this year, it looks like the flu started to pick up in early September.

"There are enough signs pointing in the same direction to make me think, 'OK, yes. This is the start of flu season,'" says Caitlin Rivers, an epidemiologist at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

The percentage of people testing positive for the flu in the West has been rising steadily since around the beginning of September, she says. And the number of people showing up in emergency departments because of the flu has also been rising for weeks, she adds.

Not only is the flu showing up earlier than usual, rising rates in the western states first is also unusual:

"It's very uncommon to see flu activity rising this early. It's an activity that we might normally see more like November or December," she says.

The timing of the flu season isn't the only thing that's odd. It's also unusual that flu activity seems to have started in Western states, such as California, Washington, Hawaii and Alaska.

"It typically starts in the South and then expands from there," Rivers says. "So two uncommon developments there."

Unfortunately, the why the flu is showing up earlier and in a strange geographic starting point is concerning – a potential flu mutation:

It's unclear why flu activity would have started so early, and in such an unusual part of the country. But one clue might be a new variant that evolved a mutation, which appears to make it better at evading existing immunity, especially among teenagers.

"That's our best argument for what's going on right now in terms of this early flu season," says Dr. Alex Greninger, a virologist who heads infectious disease diagnostics at the University of Washington. Doctors there are seeing as much flu right now as they usually would around Christmas, and the mutated variant appears to be common, he says.

The Vaccine Doesn’t Work – Here is What Does

We know the flu “vaccines” don’t work. Indeed, the efficacy of the “flu vaccine” last year was one of the lowest ever.

So, if big pharma’s response doesn’t work, what will work? The answer is simple - there is only one defense you need and it’s God’s armor.

Throughout the COVID pandemic, Dr. Zelenko warned about unnecessary vaccines and urged people to focus on boosting their body’s natural immune systems to help protect them and keep them healthy.

Dr. Zelenko knew that often the best defense isn’t an injection from a pharmaceutical company, but that at the end of the day, your body’s best defense is the one that God gave you – your immune system!

So how do you make sure that this God-given armor is at its absolute best? How do you super-charge your immune system?

There are many ways to boost your immune system, including lifestyle changes. Quitting smoking, exercising regularly, managing stress, getting proper sleep, maintaining a healthy weight, and eating immune-boosting foods are all good steps that people can take.

In addition to these lifestyle changes, there are safe, effective and affordable supplements that can help to boost your immune system.

One of the best ways to support your immune system is with Dr. Vladimir Zelenko’s Z-Stack formula.

Z-Stack, the over-the-counter version of the Zelenko Protocol, which was famously followed by President Donald Trump when he had COVID, is the gold standard when it comes to boosting your immune system.

Big pharma doesn’t want you to be able to protect yourself, they want you to be reliant on their poisons, but Dr. Zelenko was committed to creating a supplement that would protect individuals from all kinds of viruses.

Here is how Z-Stack works:

Now is the time to start taking your immune system seriously, which is why you should be taking Z-Stack every single day.

Keep your family healthy this fall and winter with Z-Stack!
