Dear Borghese Family,

For more than 70 years, Borghese has been part of the lives of generations of women.

Grandmothers who discovered Fango decades ago. Mothers who passed their favorite Borghese rituals on to their daughters. And today, a new generation discovering the House of Borghese and making its own traditions.

That generational connection is one of the things that makes Borghese so special.

But there is another side of that story that we are equally proud of:

The people behind the House of Borghese are multigenerational, too.

Today, I want to recognize Cheryl Tilders, our Director of Operations, who has been part of Borghese for an incredible 33 years.

Thirty-three years represents so much more than a career milestone. It represents dedication, history, relationships, institutional knowledge, and a deep understanding of the House of Borghese.

And Cheryl is part of something that I believe is a true point of difference for our brand.

We are a multigenerational company serving a multigenerational customer.

Since the beginning of our Renaissance, our team has grown to include employees ranging from 20 to 78 years old. That diversity of generations gives us something incredibly valuable: the opportunity to learn from one another every day.

Our more experienced team members carry the heritage, history, relationships, and knowledge that have helped shape Borghese.

Our younger generations bring fresh perspectives, new ideas, emerging cultural insights, and an understanding of where the consumer is going next.

And when those perspectives come together, something powerful happens.

We understand where we have been, we recognize where our customer is today, and we can help shape where Borghese goes tomorrow.

This is more than having different generations represented around a table. It is about listening to one another, challenging one another, sharing knowledge, and creating a company where experience and innovation can coexist.

Most importantly, we are our customer.

Our team represents many of the same generations, life stages, experiences, values, and evolving beauty needs as the women we serve. That gives us an authentic understanding of the people who have trusted Borghese for decades – and those who are discovering us for the first time.

That connection is at the heart of our Renaissance.

As we honor more than 70 years of heritage while building the future of the House of Borghese, we remain committed to something very simple:

Creating products, experiences, and rituals that can be loved across generations.

Because while beauty evolves, the desire to care for ourselves, feel our best, and create meaningful rituals never goes out of style.

Thank you for being part of the Borghese family – and for allowing us to be part of yours.

And Cheryl, thank you for 33 years of helping make Borghese what it is today. Your story is an important part of ours.

With gratitude,

Dawn Hilarczyk
