Lightning Round. New Deal every 30 Minutes. Valid 9/28/26. Subject to change. While supplies last.

Lightning may seem random and unpredictable, but scientists have found that it actually follows a few rules quite closely. One of the simplest ones is that lightning almost always strikes land. Even though more than 70% of the Earth’s surface is covered in water, lightning mostly stays away, and only about 10% of all lightning strikes happen over water. Weird, right? But it gets even weirder.

Once in a great while - I’m talking once for every quarter of a million lightning strikes - there is a “superbolt.” A superbolt can be a THOUSAND times more powerful than a traditional bolt of lightning, and last for twice as long. And the weird part is, these superbolts almost always happen over the water.

Scientists have been studying this phenomenon in recent years so we might soon have some answers about why in the world this happens, but for now I personally will be spending the day studying a different phenomenon: the elusive Lightning Deal!

That’s right, Lightning Deals are here! You remember how this works: every 30 minutes from 7am - 7pm Central Time we will offer a new, fresh Daily Deal - and the previous one will disappear!

It's the ULTIMATE quilters Daily Deal Day! As always Deals range between 30%-100% off! Have fun, tell a friend, and enjoy the lightning excitement of the day!

If you see it and love it, grab it before it sells out or the new Deal takes over. Use the bundle option when you check out so you can easily shop all day long when a new Deal catches your eye.

With Missouri Star Bundles you can keep adding orders to your bundle for up to 7 days. You MUST select checkout with a bundle before you pay, and when your orders exceed $69 we give you your shipping fee back.

Pro tips: Start a bundle for all your finds, checkout before the Deal changes, and refresh your browser to make sure you see the latest Deal when they change.
