We've added a new category to our virtual shelves: Floral and tea-based wines, also known as Built Wines.

The first thing to know about built wines is that they aren't trying to imitate wine at all, but merely answer the wine occasion. We find the distinction itself, to be made ahead of tasting, is integral: If sippers expect a beverage that tastes like

traditional wine, they're often quite disappointed (ask TZP's customer service team). But there's a whole bunch of companies out there creating some of the most fascinating, sophisticated and delicious drinks in the non-alcoholic marketplace.

Smoky, savory, and seriously intriguing, this French red brings dark fruit and earthy depth with a subtle smoky edge. Rich and layered without feeling heavy, with enough structure to make every sip interesting. SIP IT

Build them and they will come. The best way to taste our standout "built wines" — botanical, floral, and tea-based beverages. TRY THEM OUT

Bright and mineral-driven, this French white brings crisp citrus, green apple, and subtle floral notes with a refreshing, stony finish. Lively acidity keeps it clean and vibrant from the first sip to the last. ENJOY!

Bright pomelo and zesty citrus meet earthy agave and a hint of smoke in this vibrant botanical spirit. Tart, refreshing, and slightly savory, with enough depth to make a seriously interesting base for a Paloma or a tequila-style cocktail. TASTE IT

A sparkling taste of the Norwegian forest, with bright citrus and lemongrass meeting spruce tips, ginger, and a subtle herbal bitterness. Dry, lightly tannic, and refreshingly wild, it's a seriously interesting pour with plenty of Nordic character.
