The Tent Is Back. Time To Get Baking.

Tonight's the night.

The aprons are pressed, the ovens are preheated, and somewhere in Britain someone's already forgotten a crucial ingredient.

To celebrate the return of Bake Off, we've dug out one of our favourite recipes: rich, fudgy brownies made with our wonderfully intense Fitzroy 74% Dark Chocolate.

Our very first chocolate bar, Fitzroy is bold, organic and gloriously chocolatey, making it the perfect baking companion for anyone settling in for an evening of cake, calamity and questionable technical challenges.

The best bit? The recipe is beautifully simple, so you'll spend less time baking and more time on the sofa with a brownie in hand.

Meet The Star Ingredient

Fitzroy 74% Dark Chocolate

Organic. Rich. Smooth. Unapologetically dark.

The kind of chocolate that doesn't disappear into a recipe but makes itself known in every bite.
