To get everyone involved,
Michelle gave each family member a disposable camera
and one goal: Use all 27 exposures before the trip ended.

The cull

With everyone using the same kind of camera and a limited number of shots, editing
became much simpler.
Multiple photographers also meant a wider variety
of perspectives.

The sequence

Since the book documented
a family trip, Michelle arranged
the photos chronologically, allowing readers to relive
the trip as it unfolded.

The design

Using BookWright templates
and a small
set of repeatable layouts, Michelle built the book
in just a few hours, choosing
a 7x7 in softcover photo book.

The result

The project made the trip
more memorable
and created
a template for future family books. Best of all? Michelle printed
and sent copies
to relatives around the world.
