If you have a website account prior to when the Loyalty Program goes live, your account will be automatically converted to a Loyalty Program account the next time you login after the program launches. If you do not want to participate in the Loyalty Program but do wish to maintain a site account, contact Customer Service.

Your continued use of Dickies.com after the Effective Date will be subject to, and constitute your acceptance of, the updated Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must terminate your Dickies website account by deleting your website account (if you only wish to opt out of participation in the Loyalty Program, contact Customer Service, customerservice@dickies.com).
